This is a one-day conference featuring in-depth seminars on the latest advances and developments in Enology and Viticulture. Grape Day also hosts multiple exhibitors that will be offering a wide range of products related to wine and viticulture industry.

Vine to Glass – a Fun, Hands-on Lesson in Winemaking at Notre Vue Estate

Become a vineyard and winemakng genius in just 3 hours! Notre Vue Estate Winemaker Michael Westrick and Estate Viticulturist Natalie Birch take guests through each step of the pruning and winemaking processes, complete with wine tasting! Impress your friends and dinner party guests with your knowledge of sur lie aging, malolactic fermentation, and what makes red wine the color red. Guests are encouraged to ask any and every question they have about the winemaking process. The final test involves creating a custom blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

More than 30 Mendocino wineries will be pouring their best wines, and local artisanal food producers will be serving up delicious bites to complement the wines. To best celebrate the agricultural wealth of Mendocino County, small batch specialty spirits and ciders from Mendocino County will also be available to taste!

Truly a gourmet marketplace, Taste of Mendocino attendees will be able to purchase products from participating wineries, distillers, and food producers.

Open House Library & Barrel Tasting

Halter Ranch Vineyard Hike

Passport to Dry Creek Valley is Sonoma Wine Country’s Premier Wine & Food Festival. At 40+ participating wineries throughout Dry Creek Valley, guests will enjoy elaborate themed parties with exquisite food and wine pairings and live entertainment. Guests can meet Sonoma County’s most renowned winemakers and chefs at world-famous wineries and boutique cult favorite.

Vintage Paso: Zinfandel Weekend at Vina Robles Winery

Visit the Vina Robles Hospitality Center to celebrate the new release of their limited production 2015 Estate Zinfandel, and to take advantage of Mix-N-Match case specials. In addition, Executive Chef Randal Torres is preparing an exclusive Vintage Paso Wine & Food Flight.

Complimentary live music will be offered on Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. as part of their ongoing Saturday Live series.

Taste of the Mountains – Menlo Park

The Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association presents the fifth annual Taste of the Mountains Wine Walk on Saturday, June 2 in Downtown Menlo Park for 2-5:30pm. Enjoy wines from small, local boutique wineries of the Santa Cruz Mountains poured in various designated tasting locations up and down Santa Cruz Avenue. All ticket proceeds from the event will benefit the Menlo Park Atherton Education Foundation.

2018 Silicon Valley Wine Auction Grand Tasting

On May 20, 2018 we roll out the barrels for an afternoon of celebration and giving. Share a passion for wine, food, and education at the premier wine fundraiser in the Silicon Valley at Montalvo Arts Center, in Saratoga, California. All proceeds benefit the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute, the Oxford Day Academy, and the Krause Center of Innovation Merit Program. The Grand Tasting offers releases from 40+ Vintners from the Santa Cruz Mountains pouring over 150 handcrafted wines, an abundance of edible delights and silent auction featuring over 200 wine lots.
