Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Crispy fried onions: Take 1 large onion and quarter it, then cut into thin slices. Toss onion slices into 1 cup of flour with 1 tbsp cornstarch and then heat a pan with 1/2 cup cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add sliced onions dusting off excess flour before putting it into the hot pan. Cook for about 5 min on high heat stirring constantly until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set on a paper towel to soak off any extra oil.
Heat the shredded prime rib in a pan with a bit of oil till it is hot.
Next place the bun bottoms onto a baking pan and top with 2 oz of prime rib meat followed by a couple of strips of roasted red peppers, 2 sliced banana peppers, and 1 sweet pickle. Add a few crispy onions and top with 1 oz blue cheese. Using a spoon or knife, smear some Dijon mustard on the bottom of the top bun and place it on the top of the slider.
Bake in the oven for about 3 to 5 min or until the bun is slightly crispy and the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and serve.
